Payment methods

We offer various payment methods so that you can choose the most convenient one for you.

In the PrideWood online store, you can pay by:

  • card (you need to enter the card number, expiration date and CVV code);
  • Google Pay;
  • Twint;
  • Paypal.

Rules for the use of promo codes:

  • enter the promotional code (a unique combination of characters that allows you to get a discount) when you place an order in the website's shopping cart;
  • the discount for the promotional code cannot be combined with other promotional offers, credits, or promotional codes received for activity on the site during the purchase of the same product; but you can use the promo code when buying multiple products.

Notice of payment:

  • after making a successful payment, you will receive a notification of receipt of your payment to the e-mail address specified in the order;
  • if you have "not received" such a message, contact us in any convenient way for you.

Shipping

Delivery through Switzerland:

  • delivery service: Die Post;
  • delivery options: home address;
  • delivery time: 1-5 days (may be delayed on weekends and holidays).

Shipping cost:

  • free: on all orders over CHF 79;
  • at the expense of the buyer: the cost of delivery depends on the region and city of the recipient, as well as on the order itself.

Shipping terms:

  • if you place an order on a weekday before 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day;
  • orders placed later will be shipped the next day;
  • if the order is placed on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day.
