Our general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders (online or in writing). An order is only valid if the customer is over 18 years of age.
General provisions and use of the online store
All rights to the online store, including copyright, intellectual property rights to its name, internet domain, the website of the online store as well as to samples, forms, logos belong to the seller.
All information is protected by intellectual property and also by the Marketing Act. This means that brands, product names, company names, design, images and graphics, layout and information about products, services and all other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of PrideWood.
The seller endeavors to ensure that the use of the online store is possible for Internet users using all popular Internet browsers, operating systems, computer types and types of Internet connections. The Seller does not guarantee and is not responsible for the fact that every configuration variant of the electronic devices in the possession of the Internet user will enable the use of the Internet store.
We store all information provided on our secure servers and do not pass it on to third parties unless this is necessary for the successful completion of the purchase and sale process and we are legally obliged to do so.
The Seller declares that the public nature of the Internet and the use of services provided electronically entails the risk of unauthorized persons collecting and modifying customer data. Therefore, customers should use appropriate technical means that minimize the above-mentioned risk. In particular, this concerns anti-virus programs and programs that protect the identity of Internet users.
Order
In order to place orders in the Online Store via the Online Store website or to use services available on the Online Store websites, each customer must have an active e-mail account.
The customer can place orders at any time. The order is processed according to the schedule specified on the website.
Each buyer places an order by selecting a product on the website and adding it to the shopping cart by clicking on "Buy". Then click on the "Place order" button, enter your contact details and pay for the order.
When placing an order, the customer is asked to provide some personal information. The customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete in its entirety and the customer is responsible for any errors in the information provided. If you wish to cancel the order, you must inform the seller.
Information about the ordered goods, their quantity, price and total amount will be sent to the e-mail address specified when entering the buyer's data. In addition, the buyer will receive all information about delivery and any costs to the e-mail address.
A purchase contract is concluded when PrideWood has confirmed the customer's order. This happens when the customer has received an order confirmation from PrideWood by email.
Prices and payment
All sales prices published in the online shop represent final prices that include all taxes (in particular VAT).
All sales prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
Pridewood reserves the right to change the prices of the products and services offered at any time. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive for the conclusion of the purchase contract.
The customer can pay for his purchase in any way specified on the website. PrideWood is entitled to charge the customer in connection with the order. PrideWood also reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at any time or to change the payment method if the payment method chosen by the customer does not work. This applies, for whatever reason, at the time the order is fulfilled.
Delivery
Seller delivers within Switzerland.
The seller delivers within Switzerland using the postal service provider DiePost.
On the day of dispatch, the seller sends the tracking number, which confirms the dispatch of the goods and offers the possibility of tracking the order electronically on the carrier's website.
The delivery time depends on the carrier.
The seller makes the defect-free goods available for delivery.
If the buyer receives defective goods, he must immediately notify the online store by email Pridewood.ch@gmail.com.
In this case, he has the right to exchange the product, return it or request a price reduction.
The buyer must return the defective goods to the seller.
In this case, the transport costs are borne by the seller.
Return guarantee
After receiving the goods, the customer has a right to return the goods within 14 days.
If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the customer must bear the return shipping costs and is also responsible for the condition of the product after the customer has received the product and during the return shipment.
The product must be well packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging
The buyer can return the goods by informing the seller. To do so, write to Pridewood.ch@gmail.com or via the support chat on the website and wait for the response.
In the event of a return, the buyer bears the transport costs.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Reporting of threats or violations of rights
If the customer or another person or legal entity finds that the content published on the website violates his/her rights, personal property, feelings, morality, conscience, principles of fair competition, his/her know-how, his/her secret protected by law or by legal obligation, he/she can notify the seller of a possible violation of rights.
The seller, who is informed of the violation, will then immediately initiate the actions aimed at removing the content that constitutes the reason for the violation from the online store's website.
Final provisions
The legal provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. In the event of disputes in connection with the concluded purchase contract, both parties will endeavor to settle the matter amicably.

All disputes are resolved primarily after consultation with PrideWood's customer service.
The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All orders that the seller accepted for processing before the new terms and conditions came into force will be carried out on the basis of the terms and conditions that were valid on the day the customer placed the order.
