We hope that you will like every product that we send you.
But sometimes life happens and plans change, we understand that.

We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized and custom-made items within 14 days of receiving the package.

To return/exchange your order:

  • all goods must be in new condition;
  • in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for items sent in exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized and custom made items.

If we have incorrectly personalized your order, we will gladly send you a replacement personalized item. We do not replace items that have been incorrectly engraved because we received an incorrect image/text with a spelling error from you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing:

  • if you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first;
  • then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
  • next, contact your bank; it often takes some time to process before refunds are posted;
  • if you have done all of this but have not yet received your refund, please contact us at pridewood.ch@gmail.com.
